With the intent to secure the modern approach to apple storage in addition to high production standards, we have built a modern refrigerator within the orchard itself.

Owing to modern technological standards of storing our refrigerator secures controlled atmosphere and fruit freshness at any time. The refrigerator capacity of 320 tons, with ULO technology, enables the preservation of unchanged properties of the apple on determined temperature and in controlled atmosphere. Technological parameters in cooling chambers are maintained by installed ULO equipment and they are differentiated by certain sorts, different countries of the world, due to variety of climate zones and environmental atmosphere influences (average annual and seasonal temperatures). The ration of oxygen, carbon dioxide and temperature differentiates in fruit species and fruit sort.
